Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
In principle, we deliver only within Germany. The available shipping methods (pickup at the store, delivery by courier in the greater Hamburg area, parcel service, overnight) depend on the type of product. On the article page, the desired shipping method can be selected, whereby only the shipping methods possible for this article are offered for selection. It is not possible to select delivery addresses that cannot be supplied with the selected shipping method.
After entering the information necessary for shipping, the shipping costs are calculated and displayed.
On the item page, in addition to the shipping method, it is necessary to select the pickup date and time or the delivery date and time. The combinations of date and time provided for selection depend on the selected shipping method and also take into account the individual lead times of the items and the opening hours of the stores if pickup has been selected.
If the option “Delivery at the desired time” is selected, deviations of up to 30 minutes may occur, e.g. due to the respective traffic situation, and must be accepted by the customer.
If the delivery of the ordered goods at the delivery address specified by the customer is not possible, although the delivery is attempted at the time selected by the customer in the order or (if the delivery was selected in the course of a day) within the specified time frame, the seller will try to arrange a solution via the telephone number provided; if this is not possible, the goods will be returned to the delivering store. The additional costs incurred in this case and in the case of a possibly necessary new delivery are to be borne by the customer.
PayPal: If, when paying via PayPal, a delivery address is given on the payment processing page of PayPal that does not match the delivery address given on the order page during the order process, the address that was previously given in the online store of the seller is valid in principle and without exception.
